Naruto Movie 2: Legend of the Stone of Gelel- Anime Review

As I enjoyed the first Naruto movie, I watched this second movie from the Naruto franchise, and I thought that it was solid overall. This movie follows Naruto, Shikamaru and Sakura, as they meet a mysterious knight named Temujin. The characters of this movie, soon find themselves is a struggle over a powerful stone, that Naruto and company must protect from evil. I thought that Naruto and Temujin bounced off one another well, and I thought that the action set pieces were creative and interesting. The only element of this movie that I had a minor grip with, is the 3DCG that is used in this movie. I thought that the 3DCG in this movie was noticeable, but it was solid in general. I thought that the mascot for this movie was okay (a small ferret), and the ferret’s name is named Nerugui. I thought that this movie was solid, but IMO not as good as the first Naruto movie. I thought that the end credits of this movie gave good closure to this movie.
