Robin: To Kill a Bird-TPB Review

As I’m a fan of comic books, and am a general fan of DC comics, I thought that I would review some DC goodness. As I’m a big Tim Drake fan, I thought that I would review some of his adventures. This TPB IMO starts to show how Tim Drake is different from the other Robin’s from the bat family. As Tim Drake IMO is as smart as Bruce Wayne, but doesn’t have his physical prowess as Bruce Wayne, I like how this TPB showed off Tim Drake’s brains, as he logically thinks through every situation he is dealt with. I thought that the scene where Bruce Wayne can’t adopt Tim Drake, due to Tim’s agenda, was a smart way IMO, to show off to the reader, Tim Drake’s IQ.

As IMO that I think Tim Drake is a bit of a chick magnet, I liked the scene in this TPB that Von Hammer kisses Tim, due to saving her life, in the fight against the villains of this TPB. I thought at the end of this TPB, I liked how this TPB ended, with Tim Drake joining the new magical super team Shadow Pact, which was created to deal with magical villains. Overall, I thought that this TPB was interesting, and I can’t wait to see how Tim Drake’s character develops throughout this comic run.
